Orkla’s acquisition of Icelands leading chocolate company completed

In its press release of 5 May 2021, it was announced that Orkla has entered into an agreement to purchase Nói-Siríus HF (“Nói Siríus”), which is the leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionery on Iceland.The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities and was completed today.
