Christian von Uthmann (CEO) sells a small part of his shareholding to pay capital gains tax
To avoid speculations, Christian and the Company chooses to release the following information. During 2016, Christian has transferred almost all of his Polygiene shareholding into capital redemption policies (kapitalförsäkringar). This has triggered a large capital gains tax and tax debt, due to be paid in mid-January 2018. In order to get money to pay the tax with, Christian has sold 170,000 Polygiene shares during December. After the sales in December, Christian has approximately 670,000 shares in Polygiene.
