Fazer continues implementing its growth strategy and is planning to invest in a new confectionery factory in Finland. If realised, the new factory would replace the existing confectionery factories in Vantaa and Lappeenranta. As a result, the company will launch change negotiations concerning the potential change of work location for the personnel working at Vantaa and Lappeenranta confectionery factories.
