Rocker chooses private financing - withdraws the listing

Rocker AB (publ) has decided to withdraw the company's intended listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, which was to take place today, Friday 29 October. This despite the fact that the offer was oversubscribed already the first day after the prospectus was published.The listing is withdrawn because the board has decided that a private and secured round is the best for the company at the moment.
