Adjusted proposal regarding election and remuneration of board members prior to the Annual General Meeting of Cyxone AB

The two largest individual shareholders in Cyxone AB, Ivar Nordqvist and Göran Ofsén, have announced that they are submitting a new proposal regarding the election and remuneration of Board members prior to the Annual General Meeting of Cyxone AB to be held on May 16, 2022.
