Visma strengthens its Spanish footprint with the acquisition of Woffu
The acquisition is Visma’s third in Spain and bolsters its offering of cloud-based time optimisation software in the Spanish market. Leading Spanish time and attendance optimisation software provider Woffu has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Visma. Woffu is Visma's third acquisition in Spain, after Holded and Declarando. Based in Barcelona, Woffu was founded in 2015 by Miguel Fresneda and Víctor Pérez, and now has 55 employees and nearly 1,500 clients. 130,000 employees use Woffu's solution to optimise their time, request vacations, manage absences and comply
