YIT to build the first Work & Trade retail building in Vantaa, Finland

YIT will start the construction of a business premises under its Work & Trade concept in Koivuhaka, Vantaa, Finland in January 2013. Work & Trade Avia is a new building to be built on a plot owned by Heinon Tukku and upon its completion, its total floor area will be approximately 4,500 square metres. At the monetary policy meeting on 17 December, the Executive Board of the Riksbank decided to cut the repo rate by 0.25 percentage points to 1.0 per cent and to adjust the repo-rate path downwards.It was noted at the meeting on 17 December that new information received since the monetary policy meeting in October indicates that the Swedish economy is slowing down more sharply than was assessed then.
