SSAB’s subsidiary Ruukki Construction has agreed to acquire a majority holding (67%) in the Finnish company Piristeel Oy. Piristeel Oy’s sales in 2018 were around SEK 200 million (appr. The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) has removed from the Finnish Trade Register 908 limited liability companies and co-operatives.The deregistered companies had not – despite reminder letters – filed their financial statements by 30 January 2019.
