First annual report published on the monitoring of organisations for collective management of copyright
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), which monitors organisations for the collective management of copyright, has published its first annual report on monitoring issues.Pending monitoring cases at the PRH relate to the transfer of rights based on contracts, activity of the collective management organisations in the market and extent of the rightholder’s self-determination.
