Ahead of the 2023 Annual General Meeting, HANZA's Nomination Committee proposes that the number of Board members elected by the Annual General Meeting shall be five, as well as the re-election of Gerald Engström, Francesco Franzé, Helene Richmond and Sofia Axelsson and the new election of Per Holmberg as Board members for a term of office extending until the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting. Hemnet’s Buyers’ Barometer April 2023: Higher price expectations among home buyers

Homebuyers' price expectations rose significantly in April, according to the Hemnet Buyer Barometer. Twenty-three percent of respondents said they believe prices will rise over the next six months.
