The Swedish Schools Inspectorate approves IES as the operator for new applications for permits to start additional compulsory schools

The Swedish Schools Inspectorate (Skolinspektionen) has decided to grant IES permits concerning new establishments of schools for grades F-9 in Trelleborg and Vårby.These new permits pertain to establishments that have been announced for the autumn of 2022 and 2023. Permits have already been obtained from the Swedish Schools Inspectorate for those schools (Kungsbacka, Sigtuna, Solna and Värmdö) that will be opening in the autumn of 2021. Swedbank has received a notification from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA) that the authority is investigating Swedbank AB for suspected breaches of the regulation on market abuse.The investigation encompasses the period September 20, 2018 until February 20, 2019 and pertains to disclosure of insider information and the obligation to establish an insider list (articles 17 and 18) in connection with the disclosure of suspected money laundering within the company. Skanska has signed a contract with Region Västra Götaland, Västfastigheter to build a new tram depot in Gothenburg, Sweden. Lindab has today signed an agreement to sell IMP Klima Group to Orange Climate B.V., through its Slovenian subsidiary. Orange Climate B.V. will take over the ownership of IMP Klima Group as of today. Lindab has previously announced the decision to close IMP Klima Group due to profitability issues. The one-time costs were then estimated to SEK 60-70 m, and in addition, impairment of real estate assets could arise. Based on reported cases, Unverricht–Lundborg disease, also known as progressive myoclonic epilepsy-1A, EPM1, is more common in Finland than anywhere else in the world, a new study finds. Arise AB calls for early redemption of its secured bonds maturing in 2021

Arise AB (publ), (”Arise”) gives notice of voluntary total redemption of its senior secured green bonds 2018/2021 with ISIN SE0010920900 (the ”Bonds”), in accordance with the terms & conditions of the Bonds.
