Lifco  has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in the German company Datamed GmbH . The company develops, sells and supports a software program used by German dental clinics. In 2022, Datamed reported net sales of approximately EUR 2 million. The company is based in Eggenfelden, Germany and has ten employees. Datamed will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.
