Stockholm, Sweden: Epiroc, a leading productivity and sustainability partner for the mining and infrastructure industries, is launching a new parental leave policy granting a minimum of 12 weeks of paid parental leave across the global organization. The gender-less policy aims at fostering an even more inclusive and diverse culture.The new policy, called “When life transforms,” applies to all new mothers and fathers, including same-sex, surrogate, and adoptive parents.
