Power production in January 52.7 GWh

Arjo AB is establishing a commercial paper programme with a framework amount of SEK 2.5 billion and is conducting a first issue of almost SEK 1.5 billion. CybAero streamlines the organization

CybAero has decided to restructure the organization to make it more efficient. As a result of structural changes, the number of employees will be reduced from 35 to about 20. Furthermore, the company will outsource parts of the business. The changes are expected to result in annual cost savings of MSEK 19–  It's always hard to have to make personnel cuts. But since I took over as CEO of CybAero, I spent most of my time reviewing the business, its costs and how to proceed with our business. The production for January 2018 totaled in 66,2 GWh

The production from the Company’s wind farms for January 2018 totaled 66.2 GWh, of which 46.6 GWh were from own and 19.6 GWh from co-owned parks. Balder acquires hotel project in Jönköping

Fastighets AB Balder has acquired the hotel project Gradienten which will be built in central Jönköping for approximately SEK 430 million. Seller is Skanska. The project comprises a 18-storey hotel with 229 rooms, conference facilities and restaurant. Construction start is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018. Nordic Choice Hotels has signed a 20-year lease agreement for the operation of the hotel after completion.
