Outokumpu revises its second quarter outlook: adjusted EBITDA expected to be approximately EUR 200 million

Dometic Group AB (publ) has signed an agreement to divest an industrial property in Shenzhen. The divestment is a natural step in the strategic manufacturing footprint consolidation in China. Production will be relocated to the facility in Zhuhai and another facility in Shenzhen.The divested production facility comprising of a total of 14,000 square meters. On April 25 2017 the annual general meeting adopted a convertible debenture program for key staff in ÅF. The subscription has now been completed and amounts to MSEK 180,8 at a subscription price of SEK 221,90 per share.   Full conversion will increase the share capital by SEK 2 036 527,50 and the number of shares by 814 611. This corresponds to a dilution equivalent to approximately 1,02 percent of the capital and approximately 0,75 percent of the votes.
