Serneke builds tenant-owner apartments for HSB in Eriksberg

Serneke has entered into an agreement with HSB Gothenburg to build 47 apartments for HSB brf Skaftö in Västra Eriksberg. The order amounts to approximately SEK 116 million.The two buildings, comprising 47 tenant-owner apartments with 1.5–3 rooms and kitchen, are the last to be built in the Kajen area in Västra Eriksberg. The apartments are located close to Färjenäsparken and right at Gothenburg’s entrance to the sea. DNB’s online services were down for several hours on 15 June.“We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by the outage. Our focus during the weekend has been to establish the root cause and take all necessary actions to reduce risk and stabilise our systems,” says Liv Fiksdahl, Group EVP IT services.
