Peab has been commissioned to build 91 new apartments in the residential area Rosendal in Uppsala. The customer is Rosendal Fastigheter and the contract is worth SEK 217 million.The contract is for the construction of an apartment building of 91 condominiums with two to five rooms and a kitchen.
