SSAB is celebrating the centenary of Finland’s independence by donating a total of EUR 25,000 to organizations working to benefit children and young people in locations where our Finnish sites are. During the early summer, every SSAB, Ruukki Construction or Tibnor employee in Finland had a chance to suggest any suitable causes working to benefit children and young people. In the January–June period of 2017, domestic sales of beer, cider and long drinks totalled 219.0 million litres. Beverage sales fell by 2.6 million litres, or 1.2 per cent, on the corresponding period of the previous year.
