Katalysen Ventures increases its ownership in InvitePeople and ConexBird
Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (“Katalysen”) is pleased to announce its increased participation in Matchmeeting AB (“InvitePeople”) and ConexBird Oy (“ConexBird”). As a result, Katalysen becomes a 15% equity shareholder in InvitePeople, with an option to acquire an additional 4% of outstanding shares, and a 13% equity shareholder in ConexBird.Following a share issue exclusive for existing shareholders at favourable terms, and the acquisition of options on existing equity, Katalysen has increased its ownership in InvitePeople to 15% through direct equity and an additional 4% through options.
