Slight increase in well-being at work during the coronavirus spring in Finland

Work engagement improved, and the core symptom of occupational burnout – exhaustion – decreased. These findings are part of the preliminary results of the Miten Suomi voi? (“How is Finland doing?”) survey by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.
