Nordnet issues Additional Tier 1 and Solvency II Tier 2 capital notes

Nordnet issues Additional Tier 1 and Solvency II Tier 2 capital notes to optimize its capital structure. The issuance amounts to SEK 300 million.The notes have a perpetual maturity with a first call option after five years. The interest rate is 3M STIBOR + 500 bps. The settlement date falls on 14 February 2023.
