WDCB Expands Frequency to Reach Greater Audience
WDCB’s use of the 90.7 signal in Chicago is the result of a collaboration between WDCB and Chicago Public Media.WDCB 90.9 FM, which has served Chicagoland for 39 years through its 5000 watt FM signal at 90.9 from west suburban Glen Ellyn, has added a second signal at 90.7FM.
Based in Chicago, FM 90.7 will bring better reception to Chicago residents and commuters in Chicago’s West Loop. WDCB, known as “Chicago’s Home for Jazz,” is a professionally staffed, listener-supported, public radio station located at College of DuPage.
