IBT’s results for the first quarter of 2016
The Extraordinary General Meeting of BioGaia on 18 March resolved to distribute the shares in the subsidiary Infant Bacterial Therapeutics AB (IBT) to BioGaia’s shareholders. On 29 March 2016, trading of IBT’s class B shares commenced on Nasdaq First North. IBT’s results up to March 29 will be consolidated in BioGaia’s financial statements. IBT has today announced a rights issue. The prospectus that IBT will make public in relation to the rights issue will include IBT’s results for the first quarter of 2016. The loss for the period was SEK -5.2 million, compared to SEK -3.7 million
