The widow of a man killed by the deadly lung disease Mesothelioma just six weeks after celebrating their silver wedding anniversary is urging his former colleagues to come forward to help in her battle for justice. Lawyer’s safety warning as more UK workers die

A leading workplace injury lawyer says at-work fatality rates remain far too high as the latest Government figures are published. The Health and Safety Executive’s workplace fatality figures have revealed 151 people died at work in the UK between April 2009 and March 2010. Legal Eagles Give Back to Local Communities

Lawyers and others in the legal community from across the North East and Yorkshire are proud to have raised over £9,000 in their first year after establishing a legal advice trust – they are hoping to beat the target this year. In July 2009, following examples in London, Manchester and the Midlands, lawyers set up the North East Legal Support Trust (NELST) to improve the availability of access to legal services for local advice agencies.
