Atrium Ljungberg rents out 10,000 m[2] in Hagastaden

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, which is moving to PV-palatset in Hagastaden. The contract covers a total of 10,000 m[2]. The once-industrial PV-palatset is currently undergoing extensive renovation, and the authority is planning to move in at the end of 2025.The Swedish Economic Crime Authority is a Swedish authority that fights and prevents economic crime. Today, the authority has offices on Kungsholmen, and in December 2025 it will move its head office and Stockholm operations to Atrium Ljungberg’s property PV-palatset in Hagastaden.

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a contract with Svenska Spel, which will move its office to the iconic Glashuset in Slussen. The lease contract comprises more than 2,500 m[2], and Svenska Spel will move in during the first half of 2025.Svenska Spel was founded in 1997 following the merger of Tipstjänst and Penninglotteriet.
