22 July 2013Bibby Distribution is continuing its efforts to increase fleet efficiency and minimise the impact of its operations on the environment. Following significant investment in both its fleet assets and advanced driver training in 2012, the company has reduced its total diesel consumption by two per cent. The drop in fuel usage is combined with a reduction in fleet size of 4.8 per cent over 12 months – made possible by more efficient scheduling and routing of vehicles.
