    Bonava sells project comprising 99 rental apartments in Finland and starts production of 250 housing units in total

    Bonava is selling and starting production of a project comprising 99 rental state subsidised apartments in Turku, Finland, to the property company TA-Asumisoikeus Oy. The purchase consideration amounts to approximately EUR 20 M and the project will generate a positive cash flow from the very start. Meanwhile, Bonava is starting production of an additional 150 housing units in the Baltics and Sweden.     Bonava and OBOS form partnership to develop 200 housing units in Gothenburg

    Bonava has formed a partnership with OBOS Nya Hem to jointly develop the Explora block in Södra Änggården, Gothenburg.     The number of votes in Bonava AB has changed due to conversion of 269,075 Class A shares to 269,075 Class B shares. The number of votes in the company hereby amounts to 594,241,762.According to Bonava’s articles of association, owner of a Class A share has the right to request that such share is converted to a Class B share. Each Class A share carries ten votes and each Class B share one vote.     Bonava is selling project of 89 rental apartments in Germany

    Bonava is selling a package of 89 rental apartments in Düsseldorf, Germany, to the investor WOHNBAU GmbH from Bonn. The housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2026.     Bonava continues to optimise its building rights portfolio and sells land for SEK 134 million

    Bonava divested non-strategic land in Sweden and Germany in the second quarter. At the same time, Bonava expanded its building rights portfolio in Finland and the Baltics with just over 400 building rights.     Bonava is starting production of 66 housing units in Uppsala city centre. The Seminariet project is located in Luthagen and is being built in two stages, with the first 66 homes expected to be handed over to customers in the second half of 2026.     Bonava is divesting the Librobäck 7:2 property in Uppsala city centre to the real estate company Aeonic.
