Falken Tyre to fly high in Red Bull Air Race at Ascot

Falken Tyre and Team Falken will be looking for further success in the Red Bull Air Race World Championship when it heads to Ascot, Berkshire, on 13-14 August 2016. Japanese tyre manufacturer Falken was the Official Partner of the Red Bull Air Race Chiba earlier this year and also sponsors Japanese competitor Yoshihide Muroya. The 43-year-old Team Falken pilot claimed his maiden victory last month at the Chiba event in the second year of Falken’s successful partnership. Team Falken’s Yoshihide Muroya has claimed his first victory at the third race of this year's Red Bull Air Race World Championship, which was held on 4-5 June 2016 at Makuhari Seaside Park in Chiba, Japan. This is the second season that Falken has sponsored Muroya, who is the only Asian pilot competing in the championship. Held in Japan for the second time, this year's Chiba race attracted 90,000 spectators. Tyre company Falken will extend its sponsorship of Red Bull Air Race pilot Yoshihide Muroya into 2016. Muroya will enter the Master Class of the 2016 Red Bull Air Race Championship, representing Team Falken for the second season in the world’s fastest form of motorsports. Falken Tyre will present its new brand identity at the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon 2016 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture from Friday 15thJanuary to Sunday 17th January 2016.
