Fazer appoints Lara Saulo as Head of Fazer Bakery Business Area

Lara Saulo has been appointed Head of the Fazer Bakery Business Area as of 1 March 2021. Lara Saulo began her career at Fazer in 2017 as EVP, Group Transformation, and has worked as EVP, People & Transformation since 2019. In her new role, Lara Saulo will continue to be member of the Fazer Leadership Team. She will also continue to lead Group Transformation. The process to appoint a new Head of People will start immediately. 

The Fazer Bakery Business Area consists of four Business Units: Fazer Bakery Finland, Fazer Bakery Sweden, Fazer Bakery Russia and Fazer Bakery Baltics, which will all report to Lara.

In 2020, Fazer Bakery’s net sales totalled 548.6 M€ and the business had 5,880 employees.
