HiQ SIGNS NEW FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH FÖRSÄKRINGSKASSAN
HiQ has signed a new framework agreement with Försäkringskassan (the Swedish social insurance agency) to test the usability of the agency’s Self-Service functions. HiQ is helping to make it easier for people to use Försäkringskassan’s website.When developing new services and information structures and working on interaction design, Försäkringskassan needs to conduct advanced usability tests. The agency has enlisted the services of HiQ to conduct these tests. The framework agreement will be in effect for one year with an option to extend. “HiQ is using its expertise in usability testing
