    · Net revenue from property management was SEK 1,583 million (1,515), an increase of 4 per cent.     Hannes Hasselrot new President of NK

    Hannes Hasselrot has been appointed as the new President of AB Nordiska Kompaniet. He will also be the Head of Hufvudstaden’s NK Business Area, as well as a member of Hufvudstaden’s Group Management.     Change in number of shares and votes in Hufvudstaden

    When the total number of shares or votes in the company changes, the company shall by law publish information regarding the change.   At the 2001 Annual General Meeting, a share conversion clause was added to Hufvudstaden’s articles of association. Shareholders have the right at any time to request conversion of series C shares to series A shares.     Leading home furnishings and textiles retailer Hemtex is to open its largest store in Sweden in Nordstan at Hufvudstaden’s premises this autumn.     Swedish clothing brand H&M is to open a pop-up outlet in Hufvudstaden’s property in Bibliotekstan, which will see the brand take over large parts of Birger Jarlspassagen for the launch of its autumn collection.H&M is making a series of changes and implementing new strategies to position and differentiate H&M from its competitors.     Hufvudstaden has signed a lease agreement with Censor for a new Gothenburg office on the top floor of Kvarteret Johanna.     The new detailed development plan for Orgelpipan 7 has gained legal force, and design work will now begin ahead of the planned extension of the property, which comprises an entire block alongside Stockholm Central Station. Hufvudstaden aims to start construction in late 2026 or early 2027.Orgelpipan 7 is located between Stockholm Central Station and the T-Centralen metro station at the junction of Vasagatan and Klarabergsgatan.     Global advisory and accountancy firm EY has selected Kvarteret Johanna for its new offices in Gothenburg. The premises will be approximately 2,300 square metres in size, and occupancy is planned for autumn 2026.There is considerable interest in both office and retail space in the soon-to-be-completed Kvarteret Johanna, which totals 32,000 square metres.     DRM-LND - the innovative retail concept that enables customers to create their own smartphone cases and jewellery - is to open its first Gothenburg store in Femman at the beginning of August. Separately, two existing Femman stores, Lundbergs and Partyland, will move to new retail spaces in Femman over the summer.DRM-LND’s approximately 90-square-metre store in Femman will be the chain’s fourth, with international expansion now expected.   Partyland, which has had a store in Femman since 2018, will move to a roughly 100-square-metre space on the upper floor at the beginning of July.

    Hufvudstaden held its Annual General Meeting today at the Grand Hôtel, Vinterträdgården, in Stockholm.The Meeting adopted the Board of Directors’ proposal of a dividend of SEK 2.70 per share. The record date is Monday March 25, 2024 and the estimated date of dividend payment is Thursday March 28, 2024.
