A large shareholder in Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (“Katalysen") has exercised warrants on Katalysen shares, at strike price 14.9 SEK. This results in a 1.49 million SEK cash addition to Katalysen.Once registered, this will result in an increase in the total number of shares in the Company from 7'954'025 to 8'054'025 and the share capital will change from 1'034'023.25 SEK to 1'047'023.25 SEK. The warrants were originally purchased from Katalysen in a new issue of warrants in October 2023.

Following a combination of off-market transactions and the exercising of warrants, Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) ("Katalysen Ventures") has become aware of the following changes to its shareholder structure.Hans Fajerson’s combined ownership in Katalysen Ventures has changed from 944'889 (12.13%) to 1'489'640 (19.13%), Peter Almberg’s combined ownership in Katalysen Ventures has changed from 927'897 (11.92%) to 846'985 (10.88%), and Heinrich Weber’s combined ownership in Katalysen Ventures has changed from 558'750 (7.17%) to 377'167 (4.84%).

Summer Update: Katalysen Ventures Achieves Positive Cash Flow and Strengthens Cash Position
