    NCC sells two office projects in Gothenburg for SEK 2.2 billion

    NCC is selling the Våghuset and Brick Studios office projects to Alecta Fastigheter. The properties lie next to each other on Masthuggskajen in central Gothenburg.     At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, Simon Blecher was elected to represent Carnegie Fonder on the next Nomination Committee. Carnegie Fonder has communicated that it wants to change its representative to Mattias Sjödin, Portfolio Manager at Carnegie Fonder.NCC’s Nomination Committee subsequently consists of the Chairman of the Nomination Committee Trond Stabekk (CFO OBOS), Mattias Sjödin (Portfolio Manager at Carnegie Fonder) and Anna Magnusson (Chief Active Ownership Officer at Första AP-fonden).     NCC secures additional assignment in Hagalunds Depå

    NCC to refurbish 402 residential units in Frederikssund, Denmark

    NCC will refurbish and remodel 402 residential units in Frederikssund on Zealand in Denmark on behalf of the public housing companies Domea and Boligselskabet Vores Bolig. The order value is approximately SEK 320 million. The refurbishment and remodeling are part of a larger upgrade plan for the Græse Bakkeby area that has been in progress for about ten years.     According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.During August 2024, 27,360 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 160,939,959.     NCC has been commissioned by Exilion to refurbish a future Scandic Hotel in Helsinki, Finland. The property also contains office premises, retail space and restaurants. The order value is approximately SEK 180 million. The hotel building is located at Elielinaukio in central Helsinki and is now being refurbished to become a new Scandic hotel with 174 rooms.
