    NCC secures project in Finland on behalf of Senate Group

    NCC has been commissioned by state-owned Senate Group to conduct a construction project in Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 460 million. Senate Group manages, develops and maintains the property assets owned by the Finnish state. Its property portfolio includes premises for the Finnish Defence Administration, police stations and courthouses, prisons, the Finnish Border Guard and Finnish Customs, as well as museums.     NCC is divesting the Yrket 4 office project in the City of Solna, Sweden, to KPA Tjänstepensionsförsäkring AB, which is part of the Folksam Group.     NCC will refurbish and remodel 402 residential units in Frederikssund on Zealand in Denmark on behalf of the public housing companies Domea and Boligselskabet Vores Bolig.     According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.During August 2024, 27,360 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 160,939,959.     NCC has been commissioned by Exilion to refurbish a future Scandic Hotel in Helsinki, Finland. The property also contains office premises, retail space and restaurants.
