Peab renovates 146 apartments in Västerås

Peab has been commissioned to ROT (renovate, rebuild and extend) renovate 146 apartments for Bostads AB Mimer at Önsta Gryta in Västerås. The contract is worth SEK 167 million.

The project is a turnkey contract in partnering.

Peab has previously worked together with Bostads AB Mimer in planning the apartment renovation project.

The renovation is planned to begin in April 2020 and the project is expected to be completely finished in December 2021.

“Peab has a lot of experience in renovation and we look forward to starting up this work so that residents can soon have new, fresh apartments,” says Nils Staffansson, Region Manager Peab.

The project was order registered in the first quarter 2020.
