We are very happy about being part of the community building of the old Signalen area in southern Visby. Building a new modern residential block that will soon be full of life feels important.

We are proud to be carrying out yet another construction project for A-Kruunu. This project is an important addition for us since we’re building the other high-rises on the block.

We’re proud to continue developing Eskilstuna. We’re already building homes close by so it feels good to contribute to sustainable community building when we now further increase the number of apartments in central Eskilstuna.

Naturally we are very happy to contribute to a road with better traffic safety and passability and thereby to the mining industry and a vibrant rural community. One of the challenges in this project is that traffic has to pass by our workplace and this therefore puts high demands on ensuring the safety of our employees. 

 We are very happy to help meet the need for more homes in Sigtuna. We have carried out several projects in Steninge Slottsby that with its rustic charm is nonetheless centrally located and close to Arlanda and Uppsala. Being part of community building and creating homes close to nature and jobs is important work.

The strong demand for rentals has provided us with a good opportunity for developing property as tenancy projects. By putting both tenant-owned apartments and apartments for rent on the market in the coming years we are creating a good foundation for Peab Project Development’s business along with that of the other business areas in the Group. Naturally we are also happy that we can contribute to the variety of residences in more municipalities.

We are very pleased to be part of building a school that will exist for many generations to come. Peab has broad experience in building schools, one of our latest projects was construction of the Södra School in Grums, and we bring that expertise with us into this project.

We are proud to be building a new school with accompanying gyms in Älta. As community builders we take being part of the vital work of creating a school that will exist for many generations to come very seriously. Peab is the construction company that builds the most schools in the country, which means we have broad expertise and experience in the field.

This is an extensive and challenging renovation project that will require a high degree of engagement and collaboration during production. Start-up with Castellum has been positive and bodes well for the continuation.

As a community builder it feels particularly good to be part of building healthcare premises for the future. We are proud to receive this commission from Locum.

This is a big day for both Peab and Annehem Fastigheter. The stock market listing today is proof positive of Peab’s ability to create and display values in our business while more clearly delineating our core operations and role as the Nordic community builder. For Annehem Fastigheter, which also has a well-defined business and solid growth plan, this day signifies the beginning of a very exciting road forward in real estate.

We are proud to be entrusted with building the new remand prison and thereby contributing to both job opportunities at the Salberga Institution and a vital function in society. Our long experience of security classified projects and our already well-established collaboration with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service bode well for successfully managing the technical and security challenges involved in this project.

Naturally we are pleased to contribute to improving traffic safety and passability on the road. One of the challenges with the project is that existing traffic has to pass by the workplace, which is why we put very high demands on safeguarding our personnel.

As a community builder we are proud to be a part of developing Norra Djurgård City. We have done the preparation work of designing and planning the streets in the area and now we look forward to working together with Stockholm City in the next stage,” says Carl Johan Söderberg.

We look forward to beginning construction of the Stridsberg Bridge. The bridge is a key to the community development of Trollhätten, which we are proud to be a part of.

As a community builder we are proud to prepare the shipping lane together with Köping Municipality so that bigger ships carrying larger volumes of goods can traffic the port. Taking care of the dredged material and reusing it also minimizes transportation and purchasing new products, which ensures a sustainable expansion of the port.

This is an important and great community investment for the residents of Kävlinge Municipality and naturally we are proud to contribute. We hope the new pool facility will be a hub for training and relaxation and place to get together for people of all ages.

The strong demand for apartments for rent and public service buildings has provided us with a good opportunity to develop these properties and a solid basis for production in the coming years for both Peab’s Project Development and other business areas. Naturally we are also very happy to be able to contribute to the variety of residences in our Swedish municipalities.

We are proud to be responsible for a second renovation project for HEKA and improve the living environment for tenants in the apartment buildings in Pihlajisto. This project requires meticulous planning, all-round expertise and collaboration among professionals with different skills.

This is a significant public investment in Helsingborg that we are naturally proud to contribute to. The fact that Helsingborgshem has commissioned us to renovate older apartments is important for both environmental and conservation aspects. This is also a good example of our locally produced community building.

When we sum up the third quarter Peab’s positive development has clearly continued. The level of orders received has been stable and a strong cash flow has contributed to boosted financial position. The integration of our acquired units is progressing and operations are developing according to plan.

Annehem Fastigheter owns an attractive property portfolio mainly consisting of newly built commercial property, and as a separate company it has a good platform for future profitable growth. Now Annehem Fastigheter and Peab will each continue to generate long term value for shareholders.

We have previously worked together with Forsvarsbygg and this project is evidence of their confidence in us. This is a very exciting project regarding both the actual construction work and in that we are furnishing Forsvarsbygg with better use of the dock.

We look forward to developing and preparing the port for the future together with Göteborgs Hamn. Treating the dredged material and reusing it in the project also minimizes transportation and purchasing new products, which ensures a sustainable expansion of the Port of Gothenburg. We are obviously really pleased to contribute to the region’s growth.

We look forward to working together with Sydvatten to complete a vital stage in the planned expansion of the water treatment plant. As community builders we are naturally proud to be part of and contribute to a safe and reliable supply of drinking water to Skåne residents.

We are proud to be building a new elementary school in Barkarbystaden. Peab is the construction company that builds the most schools in the country, which means we have broad expertise and experience in the field. As community builders we take being part of the important work of creating a school that will exist for many generations to come very seriously.

We have prepared for this project for over a year and we are really looking forward to getting started. I think that supervisors and skilled workers alike feel working on this project is particularly meaningful since a new main street where people can meet and activities can be held is so important for the entire local community.

Bara is an attractive place to live that is constantly developing. After successfully developing these properties we are pleased to sell Nya Bara Utveckling to Brinova. We intend to focus on the wholly owned large areas of development property we have left in Bara. We see a significant need for more housing and public premises.

We are very proud at having been entrusted to carry out this comprehensive and demanding project where Etu-Töölö High School will be updated to meet current demands. It’s also exciting to be able to use our expertise in renovating a culturally historic building with significance for the area.

We are grateful to be able to continue developing Solna. With the new pool facility this area will be a great place for training, exercise and sports for Solna residents. Peab has a great deal of experience in building pool facilities - at the moment we are building, among other things, pool facilities in Kristianstad, Köping and Kiruna and have just finished an extensive renovation of Forsgrenska badet in Medborgarhuset in Stockholm.

Distributing Annehem is just as right today as it was in February. The distribution creates opportunities for further value generation for Peab’s shareholders in both Peab’s and Annehem’s business.

We are very pleased to build yet another store for the same customer and contribute to what Klaukkala Center in Nurmijärvi can offer. This is also a sign of their confidence in us.

We are grateful that we have been entrusted once again with further developing the new Kiruna. This is a very exciting project for us at Peab. Building a police station is a special kind of project since it puts, during both the tender and construction processes, high demands on security and protection but we have a great deal of experience in similar projects.

This project is an important investment in the future of the Ängelholm region which we are naturally proud to contribute to. Arenastaden reinforces its position as a meeting place and improves opportunities for people to be healthy and have meaningful spare time activities. In other words, this a good example of our locally produced community building.

We are proud to contribute to new learning environments for students at Lund University and thereby bolster Lund as an outstanding university city. This is also a good example of our locally produced community building.

Peab has weathered the consequences of the corona pandemic relatively well so far. Our business model with four collaborating business areas gives us stability even in uncertain times. The acquisition of paving and mineral aggregates operations reinforces our business model and Nordic position.

We look forward to being part of developing Pampus Port. We are a local community builder and one factor for success is that we cooperate internally over several business areas. This ensures that we have the right resources and competence throughout the project.

We look forward to building more apartments together with Tornet and thereby contribute to broadening the range of apartments for rent in Gothenburg. We are also happy that we can be part of bringing Lillhagsparken back to life and both preserve and develop the existing environment.

We are very proud to contribute to developing the city of Kiruna with this new pool facility. It will offer everything any Kiruna resident who loves to swim could ask for. We have previously built the Town Hall and are now building the new Culture Center, and we are grateful that we have been entrusted by the municipality to continue to develop Kiruna.

We are very happy to participate in building a school that will last for many generations to come here in Karlstad. We bring Peab’s extensive experience in building schools to this project, most recently from the construction of Västerstrand School. This knowledge helps us arrive at the best solutions.

This is a fantastic project that permits us to build new homes in Sarpsborg. The apartment buildings will be built with a concrete construction and a lot of wood in the facade, which will make them fit in well with the environment around Glomma River.

We look forward to being part of developing the port and contributing to Port of Trelleborg’s vision of strengthening its position as The Baltic Sea’s most efficient and climate smart port. One of Peab’s strengths is that we are local and can ensure we have the right resources throughout the project, from complex groundwork to a facility that is up and running.

We are happy that we are once again working together with Karlstads Bostads AB. Peab has already done a lot of work transforming the area for quite some time including building several residential projects, the office building Skeppet and pre-school Lotsen. Recently we completed a new parking garage nearby. So naturally it feels really good to continue developing Karlstad.

We are proud to be part of the development of the airport together with Saab. We are a local community builder and one of the reasons we won the contract is that we have the requisite resources for the project within Peab. This is what we call locally produced community building.

This project is divided into two stages. In the first stage which began in 2017 we planned the new combi terminal with Sundsvall Logistikpark and Ramböll. Naturally we are happy that we now have the go ahead to begin construction. I look forward to Peab contributing to providing Sundsvall with a sustainable transportation hub that connects trains, ships and trucks in our region.
