Peab has been commissioned to renovate Spiralen Köpcentrum in Norrköping. The customer is Fastighets AB L E Lundberg and the contract is worth SEK 109 million.

Peab is going to rebuild the property Tulpanen 18, which together with Liljan 6 makes up the shopping center Spiralen Köpcentrum in downtown Norrköping. The properties will be renewed inside and out where the upper level will become a meeting place for businesses. The project entails major changes in the existing buildings, which will get a complete architectural face lift. The current uninviting facades will be exchanged for new ones to give the block a modern and attractive air.

“We look forward to the project and thank Fastighets AB L E Lundberg for entrusting it to us. Renovating Tulpanen, which will make it feel like an entirely new place, will hopefully bring joy to residents of Norrköping,” says Anders Bergeling, Region Manager Peab.

The project is a turnkey contract on current account and the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2022.
