Peab renovates and expands school in Kristianstad

Peab has been commissioned to renovate and expand Helgedal School in Kristianstad. The customer is Kristianstad Kommun AB and the contract is worth SEK 133 million.

Peab will renovate the existing 3,100 m2 Helgedal School and build a 2,800 m2 extension. The school will then have room for a total of 400 students, from pre-school to the sixth grade. The school is located in Helgedal, Kristianstad.

The project is a turnkey contract. Work begins in November 2018 and will finish in the autumn of 2021.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2018.
