Getinge AB förlänger uppköpserbjudande

Getinge AB (STO: GETIB) (“Getinge”) har idag förlängt det tidigare offentliggjorda uppköpserbjudandet (”Erbjudandet”) avseende samtliga utestående aktier i Datascope Corp. (NASDAQ: DSCP) (“Datascope”). Förlängningen sträcker sig till och med den 29 januari 2009, med möjlighet till ytterligare förlängning. Samtliga övriga villkor för Erbjudandet, inklusive priset USD 53 per aktie, kvarstår oförändrade.

Per den 21 januari 2009 har Erbjudandet accepterats av aktieägare som tillsammans innehar 14,959,485 aktier i Datascope, vilket motsvarar cirka 93 % av det totala antalet utestående aktier i bolaget.
