Stabilare marknad och fortsatt produktutveckling
- I Lesjöfors upplever vi nu att efterfrågan stabiliserats och för några bolag och marknadsområden ser vi även en stigande trend. Jämfört med de senaste två åren är dock nivån väsentligt lägre och det är nog något vi får räkna med kommer att gälla en bra tid framöver, säger koncernchef Kjell-Arne Lindbäck.
Fokus på kundservice och produktutveckling
Med anpassade kostnader och en vässad organisation med fokus på kundservice och bra produktlösningar räknar vi med att fortsätta ta marknadsandelar. Vi ska förstärka vår position som den ledande leverantören av fjädrar, stansade produkter samt gasfjädrar i de nordiska länderna samt England.
Investeringar i ny teknik
Även om investeringsnivån för närvarande ligger på en lägre nivå än tidigare, genomför vi betydande satsningar med ny teknik i våra fabriker. Det handlar om den senaste tekniken inom lindning och trådformning, induktionsteknik, varmförsättning, automatiseringar och mycket mer. Allt för att se till att vi kan erbjuda konkurrenskraftiga produkter med hög kvalitetsnivå.
Lesjöfors har marknadens mest omfattande produkt- och serviceutbud. Det nöjer vi oss inte med, utan arbetar ständigt för att utveckla vårt sortiment. Ett område som vi satsar på är vågfjädrar som vi tror att många av våra kunder kommer att få nytta av.

A stabilized market and continued product development
- Lesjöfors experiences at present a stabilized demand and for some companies and business areas in the group we can also notice an ascending trend. Compared to the recent two years though, the level of demand is considerably lower and that is probably what we can anticipate for the nearest future, CEO Kjell-Arne Lindbäck says.
Product development and customer support in focus
Through adjusted costs and a sharpened organization focusing on customer support and product development, we are well positioned to increase our share of the market. We aim to strengthen our position as the leading supplier of springs, strip components and gas springs in the Nordic countries and Britain.
Investments in new technology
Even if the level of investments is lower at the moment than before the recession, we are still making considerable upgrading of new technology at our production plants. That means the latest technique within e.g. coiling and wire forming , induction technology, hot presetting and automations. Our investments make sure that we can offer competitive, hiqh-quality products.
Lesjöfors has the widest spread of products and services on the market. Nevertheless, we are constantly working with developing our product selection. A new product group we think our customers will benefit a lot from ahead is wave springs.
