Serneke’s application for delisting has been approved and the Board of Directors has resolved not to publish the interim report for the second quarter of 2023

SERNEKE Group AB’s (publ) ("Serneke") application for de-listing has now been approved by Nasdaq. The last day of trading in Serneke’s share on Nasdaq Stockholm will be 5 July 2023. Conversion of shares in Serneke Group

According to Serneke's articles of association, owners of series A shares have the right to request that the share be converted into series B shares. Through conversion, the total number of votes in the company is reduced. Serneke signs turnkey agreement with ICA Fastigheter regarding commercial premises and housing in Lund
