Wihlborgs strengthens its north Helsingborg presence with two acquisitions

Wihlborgs acquired the Pilbågen 6 property in Berga and the Snårskogen 1 property in Väla Norra, both in Helsingborg, with a total lettable area of 25,000 m². The properties are in Wihlborgs’ cluster in these two sought-after business districts.

Pilbågen 6 is in Berga, along Garnisonsgatan and with access to the Ängelholmsleden (E4.23 motorway). The lettable area amounts to approximately 16,400 m², of which 4,500 m² is offices, 9,400 m² is retail and 2,500 m² is warehouse space. The property currently houses some 25 tenants.

Snårskogen 1 adjoins Wihlborgs’ existing Snårskogen 4 property in Väla Norra. The lettable area amounts to approximately 8,600 m², of which 2,500 m² is offices, 4,900 m² is retail and 1,200 m² is warehouse space. There are currently some 15 tenants.

The underlying property value is SEK 333 million and the acquisitions were completed using corporate wrappers. The total rental value amounts to approximately SEK 29 million and the occupancy rate is about 85 percent. The seller is Oscar Properties Holding AB (publ).
