Wihlborgs strengthens its north Helsingborg presence with two acquisitions
Wihlborgs acquired the Pilbågen 6 property in Berga and the Snårskogen 1 property in Väla Norra, both in Helsingborg, with a total lettable area of 25,000 m². The properties are in Wihlborgs’ cluster in these two sought-after business districts.Pilbågen 6 is in Berga, along Garnisonsgatan and with access to the Ängelholmsleden (E4.23 motorway). The lettable area amounts to approximately 16,400 m², of which 4,500 m² is offices, 9,400 m² is retail and 2,500 m² is warehouse space. The property currently houses some 25 tenants.
