Image Systems' business area RemaSawco signs a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Hilmer Andersson for just over SEK 700,000
RemaSawco AB has signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) at the highest service level with the sawmill Hilmer Andersson, which thus becomes the first customer to sign the most comprehensive level for this type of agreement. The agreement covers seven different systems installed in both the saw line and in the green sorter. The order value amounts to a total of just over SEK 700,000.The agreement that has now been signed with Hilmer Andersson is a new product ,SLA (Service Level Agreement), that RemaSawco is the first in the industry to offer.
