Skanska builds health and care center in Lindesnes, Norway, for NOK 822M, about SEK 820M
Skanska has signed a contract with Lindesnes municipality in the south of Norway to build a health and care center. The contract is worth NOK 822M, about SEK 820M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the first quarter of 2024.The care center will be approximately 8,000 square meters and contain 72 care homes and 48 short-term care units. The health building will be approximately 12,500 square meters and will contain, among other things, an emergency room, an ambulance station, a day activity center, a healthy lifestyle center, a volunteer center, physiotherapy,
