New number of votes in Bonava AB due to conversion

The number of shares and votes in Bonava AB has changed due to conversions of a total of 10,318 shares of series A to a total of 10,318 shares of series B.According to Bonava’s articles of association, owner of a share of series A has the right to request that such share is converted to a share of series B. In April, 10,318 shares of series A shares were converted to 10,318 shares of series B at the request of shareholders. Bonava carries out investor transaction and sells 106 apartments in Finland

Bonava is selling a rental project in Lielahti, Tampere in Finland. The buyer is the investor LocalTapiola Real Estate Ltd and the transaction encompasses 106 rental apartments. The project is estimated to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the third quarter of 2019.- There are already 70 Bonava apartments and 106 rental apartments in the making in this area and now it will be complemented by these 106 new rental apartments.
