The Swedish Competition Authority has today decided to permit Cloetta’s acquisition of Candyking. Closing of the acquisition is estimated to occur at the turn of April and May.On 17 February 2017, Cloetta announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Candyking Holding AB (”Candyking”). Yesterday, the final political decisions were taken on comprehensive solutions for switching to electric buses on routes 3 and 7 in Malmö, Sweden.
