P Capital Partners IV AB (publ) today announces that on 29 June 2021, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 15.4 million through the issuance of 154,240 series A1 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 100 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.06 million. The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the third quarter 2021. Concentric AB awarded a contract to supply a hydraulic fan motor with integrated valve and control functions to a leading Chinese material handling OEM to control engine cooling and oil temperature. This new hydraulic motor allows the fan speed to be fully variable, providing a stable machine operating temperature range allowing the material handler to work within the optimum efficiency range. Peab builds homes in Oulu

Peab has been commissioned to build apartments in the city of Oulu. The customer is Health City Finland Oy and the contract is worth EUR 12 million.The project entails building two high rises next to each other with a total of 179 apartments. One of the buildings will be seven stories and the other will be six. “We’re very proud to carry out this project and contribute to new residential choices for the people living in Oulu.
