Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion

The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 900 class A shares to 900 class B shares.Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In May 2022, 900 class A shares have been converted into 900 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
