Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

Solid results for the fourth quarter and full year

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published on 3 December 2021 regarding the sale of Oslo Areal. As mentioned in the release, Gjensidige Forsikring Group will receive proceeds of approximately NOK 6.8 billion and will record a gain of approximately NOK 2 billion. Gjensidige Forsikring and the Swedish occupational pension company AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Entra ASA for the sale of the commercial real estate developer Oslo Areal (“OA”).
